Fix an incorrect comment.

Exit gracefully when auto-expanding a partition and it is already the
correct size. Add a -q flag to "resize" and "resizedisk" commands to skip
printing warnings in the already resize paths.

if a new map entry doesn't fit, be more verbose about the sizes.
