udf: Get rid of 0-length arrays Declare variable length arrays using [] instead of the old-style declarations using arrays with 0 members. Also comment out entries in structures beyond the first variable length array (we still do keep them in comments as a reminder there are further entries in the structure behind the variable length array). Accessing such entries needs a careful offset math anyway so it is safer to not have them declared. Signed-off-by: Jan Kara <jack@suse.cz>

change email address for Pali Rohár For security reasons I stopped using gmail account and kernel address is now up-to-date alias to my personal address. People periodically send me emails to address which they found in source code of drivers, so this change reflects state where people can contact me. Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
