* Made the StressTest app into a real stress test for the app_server, as the
windows are now randomly changed, ie. moved, resized, hidden, activated, ...
* This already helped identifying two long-hiding bugs in the app_server code!

* Fixed possible crashing bug, since fWindow was never initialized.
* Fixed another BMessageRunner leak.
* Added an optional second parameter which you can use to limit the run time
of the app.

BWindow::Show() will no longer Run() its looper without a valid app_server
connection.
StressTest now detects this case and quits those windows.

* Fixed memory leak in StressTest and BWindow: they both did not delete the
message they passed to a BMessageRunner object.
* Added note about the ownership of the message to the BMessageRunner
documentation.
