Jamfiles: Add missing link against libshared to two apps.

They still built succesfully because currently we leak a lot of libshared
symbols into libbe (or even libroot!). That will change in upcoming commits.

PackageInstaller: Merge "InstalledPackages" and "PackageInstaller".

Now if you start LegacyPackageInstaller with no filenames passed, you get
the "installed packages" window, from which you can uninstall stuff.

Fixes #10612.

Rename PackageInstaller to LegacyPackageInstaller.

Affects only the file name, not the mimetype.
Fixes #10004.

Use libstdc++, libsupc++ and libgcc from gcc_syslibs.

* Instead of faking libstdc++.so from libstdc++.a, use libstdc++.so
from the gcc_syslibs build feature for everything except x86_gcc2.
* Use libgcc_s.so from the gcc_syslibs build feature for everything but
x86_gcc2 (which still carries libgcc as part of libroot.so).
* Drop filtering of libgcc objects for libroot, as that is no longer
necessary since we're only using libgcc-as-single-object for libroot
with x86_gcc2, where the filtered object file doesn't exist. Should
the objects that used to be filtered cause any problems as part of
libgcc_s.so, we can always filter them as part of the gcc build.
* Use libsupc++.so from the gcc_syslibs build feature for everything but
x86_gcc2.
* Adjust all Jamfiles accordingly.
* Deactivate building of faked libstdc++.so for non-x86-gcc2. For
x86_gcc2, we still build libstdc++.so from the sources in the Haiku
source tree as part of the Haiku build .
* Put gcc_syslibs package onto the image, when needed.

PackageInstaller: Refactoring and cleanup

* Extraced common base class BlockingWindow from PackageTextViewer and
PackageImagerViewer.
* Use layouted version of PackageTextViewer.
* Center ReadMe on screen.
* Apply margins around the text view.

More work towards hybrid support

* All packaging architecture dependent variables do now have a
respective suffix and are set up for each configured packaging
architecture, save for the kernel and boot loader variables, which
are still only set up for the primary architecture.
For convenience TARGET_PACKAGING_ARCH, TARGET_ARCH, TARGET_LIBSUPC++,
and TARGET_LIBSTDC++ are set to the respective values for the primary
packaging architecture by default.
* Introduce a set of MultiArch* rules to help with building targets for
multiple packaging architectures. Generally the respective targets are
(additionally) gristed with the packaging architecture. For libraries
the additional grist is usually omitted for the primary architecture
(e.g. libroot.so and <x86>libroot.so for x86_gcc2/x86 hybrid), so that
Jamfiles for targets built only for the primary architecture don't
need to be changed.
* Add multi-arch build support for all targets needed for the stage 1
cross devel package as well as for libbe (untested).

Complete outsourcing of zlib

* Add optional packages Zlib and Zlib-devel.
* Simplify the build feature section for zlib and also extract the
source package.
* Replace all remaining references to the zlib instance in the tree and
remove it.

zlib: added an optional build package, integrated to the build

* optional package for zlib 1.2.7
* keep zlib in build for the bootloader tarfs

Making use of B_TRANSLATE_APP_NAME, BAboutMenuItem, BAboutWindow. Clean-up. Removal of some ellipsis. ('About Haiku' in Deskbar.)

* Remove the old one from the locale librairy, with some cleanup
Known regressions :
* readonlybootprompt will no longer update the locale settings : the
method used messed with internal undocumented things
* external localized apps (webpositive for example) will not run
anymore.

Adding Łukasz Zemczak's package installer to our tree. This was his Google
Summer of Code project. Thanks for your work Łukasz and I hope we can see
more work from you.

Still to do:
- Create an icon.
- Add pkg files to the MIME database with PackageInstaller as the default
handler. The rdef here has the MIME type name for the pkg format should
anyone else choose to add it :)
- Support for running scripts included with packages.
- Testing various different packages.
- Fixing problems in the Haiku GUI layout system which affect the code used
for various parts of the installer GUI (please bear with the commented out
code for now.)
- Adding this to the image.

Tomorrow I will add Łukasz's InstalledPackages utility which can be used to
view installed packages and uninstall them.
