Patch by Sean Bartell:
* SuperBlock: In case of ReiserFS 3.6 we were stil loading only the old
superblock format.
* Added support for ReiserFS labels (volume names).

Ported the ReiserFS code to the Haiku FS interface. Removed the built-in
block cache.
