Fix building the m68k kernel * Restructured the vm support code to align with the changes done to other archs. * Not completely finished, but the kernel loads and panics. I had this sitting on the disk anyway. * Only support 040 for now, 030 will need to be added back. * This commit is dedicated to Jack Tramiel who passed away away last sunday: http://www.forbes.com/sites/davidthier/2012/04/09/computer-legend-and-gaming-pioneer-jack-tramiel-dies-at-age-83/

Build fix for r40196. Should now be back to previous state (breaks at vm stuff). git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/haiku/trunk@40229 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96

Merged the signals branch into trunk, with these changes: * The team and thread kernel structures have been renamed to Team and Thread respectively and moved into the new BKernel namespace. * Several (kernel add-on) sources have been converted from C to C++ since private kernel headers are included that are no longer C compatible. Changes after merging: * Fixed gcc 2 build (warnings mainly in the scary firewire bus manager). git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/haiku/trunk@40196 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96

m68k code. We will use SRP (supervisor root pointer) register to hold the current thread pointer. Its use by the pmmu is optional and I don't plan on using it. There are 32 other bits left. Wonder if weshouldn't use it for system_time() instead... will see, but there are no other usable regs. git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/haiku/trunk@22696 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96
