Remove $FreeBSD$: two-line nroff pattern

Remove /^\.\\"\n\.\\"\s*\$FreeBSD\$$\n/

Drop "All rights reserved" from all my stuff. This includes
Foundation copyrights, approved by emaste@. It does not include
files which carry other people's copyrights; if you're one
of those people, feel free to make similar change.

There is no way of escaping literal $ signs in auto_master(5), which
makes for difficulty with hidden Samba shares; shares with $ at the end
of their name. This enables the use of ${DOLLAR} to work around this.

Add "-media" autofs map, to access data on removable media, such as CD
drives or flash keys. It can be enabled by uncommenting a single entry
in default /etc/auto_master. It can also be easily modified to use
fuse-based filesystems instead of in-kernel ones.

There is still one deficiency - the mountpoints are permanent, they
don't disappear when user removes the media. Fixing it needs some
autofs changes.

it was set, now it's conditional.

Bring in the new automounter, similar to what's provided in most other
UNIX systems, eg. MacOS X and Solaris. It uses Sun-compatible map format,
has proper kernel support, and LDAP integration.

There are still a few outstanding problems; they will be fixed shortly.
