usr.bin: Remove ancient SCCS tags.

Remove ancient SCCS tags from the tree, automated scripting, with two
minor fixup to keep things compiling. All the common forms in the tree
were removed with a perl script.

Remove $FreeBSD$: one-line nroff pattern

Remove /^\.\\"\s*\$FreeBSD\$$\n/

# fbbd9655 28-Feb-2017 Warner Losh <imp@FreeBSD.org>

Renumber copyright clause 4

Renumber cluase 4 to 3, per what everybody else did when BSD granted
them permission to remove clause 3. My insistance on keeping the same
numbering for legal reasons is too pedantic, so give up on that point.

# da52b4ca 11-Dec-2010 Joel Dahl <joel@FreeBSD.org>

Remove the advertising clause from UCB copyrighted files in usr.bin. This
is in accordance with the information provided at
ftp://ftp.cs.berkeley.edu/pub/4bsd/README.Impt.License.Change

Also add $FreeBSD$ to a few files to keep svn happy.

# a7d5f7eb 19-Oct-2010 Jamie Gritton <jamie@FreeBSD.org>

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

# fe0506d7 09-Mar-2010 Marcel Moolenaar <marcel@FreeBSD.org>

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

# d7f03759 19-Oct-2008 Ulf Lilleengen <lulf@FreeBSD.org>

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

# 3f7358b9 25-Dec-2006 Ruslan Ermilov <ru@FreeBSD.org>

Simplify.

# a866e170 17-Jan-2005 Ruslan Ermilov <ru@FreeBSD.org>

Added the EXIT STATUS section where appropriate.

# 14f566d3 01-Jun-2003 Tim J. Robbins <tjr@FreeBSD.org>

Split the env(1) manpage off from printenv(1); there is not much point
in keeping them together. Mention that printenv is obsolescent.

# 06e482e6 26-Nov-2002 Ruslan Ermilov <ru@FreeBSD.org>

mdoc(7) police: markup polishing.

# 8b4f995a 28-Jun-2002 Tim J. Robbins <tjr@FreeBSD.org>

Document the fairly obvious effects of the PATH environment variable.

# 6ec9d037 28-Jun-2002 Tim J. Robbins <tjr@FreeBSD.org>

Discourage use of env(1)'s "-" flag by moving its description to the
Compatibility section of the manual page.

# 7e949b63 19-Jun-2002 Tim J. Robbins <tjr@FreeBSD.org>

Indicate that env(1) allows you to supply arguments to the utility it
executes in the usage() message and manual page. Use "utility" instead of
"command" in both places to emphasise that shell builtins etc. will not work,
and to be consistent with the terminology used by POSIX.

mdoc(7) police: use the new features of the Nm macro.

# befd5c23 09-May-2000 Sheldon Hearn <sheldonh@FreeBSD.org>

The printenv(1) command is now a builtin(1) in csh(1).

# 87faa07b 29-Feb-2000 Sheldon Hearn <sheldonh@FreeBSD.org>

Remove single-space hard sentence breaks. These degrade the quality
of the typeset output, tend to make diffs harder to read and provide
bad examples for new-comers to mdoc.

# c3aac50f 27-Aug-1999 Peter Wemm <peter@FreeBSD.org>

$Id$ -> $FreeBSD$

# 85ab7ba1 27-Aug-1999 Sheldon Hearn <sheldonh@FreeBSD.org>

Add ``-i'' option, which is the same as ``-''. The -i option is the
recommended option in the manpage, but the - option remains for
backward compatibility and is documented as such.

# 3be5f1f5 12-Jul-1999 Nik Clayton <nik@FreeBSD.org>

Add $Id$, to make it simpler for members of the translation teams to
track.

The $Id$ line is normally at the bottom of the main comment block in the
man page, separated from the rest of the manpage by an empty comment,
like so;

.\" $Id$
.\"

If the immediately preceding comment is a @(#) format ID marker than the
the $Id$ will line up underneath it with no intervening blank lines.
Otherwise, an additional blank line is inserted.
