look(1): Correct the example's description

Remove an extra 'e' in the example command. It is a prefix, not a typo.

usr.bin: Remove ancient SCCS tags.

Remove ancient SCCS tags from the tree, automated scripting, with two
minor fixup to keep things compiling. All the common forms in the tree
were removed with a perl script.

look(1): Add EXAMPLES section

Add two simple examples. In this case I opted to show a small portion of
the output since it helps to understand what the tool does. It shows the use
of the -t flag too.

Renumber copyright clause 4

Renumber cluase 4 to 3, per what everybody else did when BSD granted
them permission to remove clause 3. My insistance on keeping the same
numbering for legal reasons is too pedantic, so give up on that point.

look: implement long options
gentoo has "util-linux 2.24.1" with long options. Other distributions
have similar.

usage() is intentionally unchanged to keep it short and sweet

look(1): add compability with other implementations.

On other implementations 'look -a' uses an alternate dictionary. Since we don't
have one, just ignore it.

Remove the advertising clause from UCB copyrighted files in usr.bin. This
is in accordance with the information provided at
ftp://ftp.cs.berkeley.edu/pub/4bsd/README.Impt.License.Change

Also add $FreeBSD$ to a few files to keep svn happy.

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

Added the EXIT STATUS section where appropriate.

Sort sections.

Move exit status information into a DIAGNOSTICS section. Add an ENVIRONMENT
section. Re-add a sentence from the BUGS section that went missing in
the previous commit.

Add support for multibyte characters. While here, fix a longstanding bug in
the implementation of the -d option: we were skipping too many characters
when a non-alphanumeric character was encountered.

Point out in the BUGS section that look expects input files to have
been sorted with LC_COLLATE=C.

Document incorrect handling of multibyte characters.

Mechanically kill hard sentence breaks.

Introduce options definition the standard way.

Remove whitespace at EOL.

mdoc(7) police: use the default ``file ...'' feature of the .Ar macro.

Add $Id$, to make it simpler for members of the translation teams to
track.

The $Id$ line is normally at the bottom of the main comment block in the
man page, separated from the rest of the manpage by an empty comment,
like so;

.\"

If the immediately preceding comment is a @(#) format ID marker than the
the $Id$ will line up underneath it with no intervening blank lines.
Otherwise, an additional blank line is inserted.
