A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

Sort sections.

Mechanically kill hard sentence breaks.

Added -u to the SYNOPSIS.

Bump document date on behalf of the -u option.

Add -u option to ipcs(1) and document it in ipcs.1

It allows you to list IPC facilities owned by username/uid.

Use `The .Nm utility'

Convert to use the sysctl interface to obtain the data when operating
on a running system. Using kvm is still supported, primarily for
postmortem analysis.

Revert $FreeBSD$ to $Id$

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

delete doubled words, e.g.: "the the" -> "the"

NetBSD -> FreeBSD

(Bring to 2.0 please)

Imported the NetBSD version which acts a lot more like the SYSV program.
