# a7d5f7eb 19-Oct-2010 Jamie Gritton <jamie@FreeBSD.org>

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

# fe0506d7 09-Mar-2010 Marcel Moolenaar <marcel@FreeBSD.org>

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

# 514262dd 09-Jan-2009 Tom Rhodes <trhodes@FreeBSD.org>

Document input line length limit.

# 6c7216df 18-Jan-2005 Ruslan Ermilov <ru@FreeBSD.org>

Sort sections.

# a866e170 17-Jan-2005 Ruslan Ermilov <ru@FreeBSD.org>

Added the EXIT STATUS section where appropriate.

# 2a573a0e 12-Jul-2004 Tim J. Robbins <tjr@FreeBSD.org>

Remove BUGS section that talked about missing multibyte character support.
We have support now that the regular expression routines do.

# 4f45d811 02-Jul-2004 Tim J. Robbins <tjr@FreeBSD.org>

Document missing multibyte character support in utilities specified
by POSIX.

# 93df2494 14-Aug-2002 Ruslan Ermilov <ru@FreeBSD.org>

mdoc(7) police: simplify.

# 6fc8ba94 10-Jun-2002 Juli Mallett <jmallett@FreeBSD.org>

Note that this appeared at least as early as PWB UNIX.

Use the literal string 'PWB UNIX', as we still have no .At macro for it.

# 9bd2f93a 06-Jun-2002 Tim J. Robbins <tjr@FreeBSD.org>

Respect LC_CTYPE and LC_COLLATE environment variables, mainly for their
effects on regular expressions. The libc regex code does not handle
equivalence classes well (for example), but we do our best.

# 2d2ca466 30-May-2002 Ruslan Ermilov <ru@FreeBSD.org>

mdoc(7) police: markup polishing.

# bc025955 15-May-2002 Tim J. Robbins <tjr@FreeBSD.org>

Correct synopsis and usage(): pattern arguments are not optional.

# ea9e961c 02-May-2002 Tim J. Robbins <tjr@FreeBSD.org>

Add the csplit(1) utility, which splits files based on context, as specified
by SUSv3.
