sys: Remove $FreeBSD$: two-line .h pattern

Remove /^\s*\*\n \*\s+\$FreeBSD\$$\n/

Allow certain headers to be included more easily.

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Sync with recent KAME.
This work was based on kame-20010528-freebsd43-snap.tgz and some
critical problem after the snap was out were fixed.
There are many many changes since last KAME merge.

TODO:
- The definitions of SADB_* in sys/net/pfkeyv2.h are still different
from RFC2407/IANA assignment because of binary compatibility
issue. It should be fixed under 5-CURRENT.
- ip6po_m member of struct ip6_pktopts is no longer used. But, it
is still there because of binary compatibility issue. It should
be removed under 5-CURRENT.

Update kernel parts of pppd from 2.2.0 to 2.3.0. I've yet to look at the
2.3.0 -> 2.3.1 changes, but I seem to recall that there are certain
"issues" with 2.3.1 (I'm not sure if it's just pppd or the whole lot, I
am not quite that far). The present pppd seems to work with it just fine
for the time being.

Among the changes are that zlib (aka LZ77 aka deflate aka gzip) compression
is implemented as well as the original compress(1) LZW style.

Import files from the ppp-2.3.0 dist for working on. This does not change
the present code, all existing files have left the vendor branch. There
are three new files that will appear but they are not used and should not
be a problem.

Back out part 1 of the MCFH that changed $Id$ to $FreeBSD$. We are not
ready for it yet.

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Merge/update ppp-2.2 kernel parts onto mainline.

Note that the old if_ppp.c has been split in half into if_ppp.c and
ppp_tty.c
