Remove $FreeBSD$: one-line sh pattern

Remove /^\s*#[#!]?\s*\$FreeBSD\$.*$\n/

Add Digitizer-related usage IDs from HUTRR30 and HUTRR34.

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

- Update USB HID usage tables according to the following specs:
* USB HID Usage Tables, V1.12
* USB Monitor Control Class Specification, V1.0
* USB Usage Tables for HID Power Devices, V1.0
* USB Device Class Definition for Physical Devices, V1.0
* USB HID Point of Sale Usage Tables, V1.02
- Fix spelling of 'Microsoft'
- Bring the so called Microsoft page, in line with the style of the rest of
the file.
- Remove NetBSD version string as it doesn't reflect reality any longer
