mark this function as deprecated, and put the warning first, since I doubt most people will read to the end... Note the use of sys/cdefs.h for pre-C11 compilers... I didn't included a note about being compatibile w/ userland since a C11 feature should be obviously usable in userland... Suggested by: imp

The implementation note isn't true anymore.. Not that anyone reads it, but those that do, remind them that this isn't usable in userland... I can't wait till this doc is wrong..

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.
