share: Remove ancient SCCS tags.

Remove ancient SCCS tags from the tree, automated scripting, with two
minor fixup to keep things compiling. All the common forms in the tree
were removed with a perl script.

Use src.opts.mk in preference to bsd.own.mk except where we need stuff

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

Make it official. The old BIND Operator's Guide has no information
relevant to operation of a modern name server.

Unbreak build by removing 10.named for now

Fix NO_SENDMAIL knob. When FreeBSD's old BSD version of vacation was
replaced with the new version in sendmail's distribution, vacation and
the necessary libraries (libsmdb and libsmutil) were changed so they
were always compiled. This broke people who didn't checkout
src/contrib/sendmail/. I don't know if it's best to think of NO_SENDMAIL
as no sendmail sources available or no sendmail binary. It is now the former.

Also, remove the sendmail chapter from System Managers Manual (SMM) if
NO_SENDMAIL is defined (for similar reasons -- source not available).

The rest of the changes needed to support the new version of sendmail (8.11.0).
Beyond changes to the build system, this includes fixing up the sample
freebsd.mc configuration for changes in defaults and syntax, removing
outdated documentation, and updating the release notes.

Delete unused BINDIR variable.

Now that it's built at the same time as its source, disable building 07.lpr
here. Hopefully this will set a trend. (What was I thinking when I set
this up the first time?)

Revert $FreeBSD$ back to $Id$

Delete old (and redundant) machine depend code.

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Now that we have a complete Bind Operations Guide, build and install it.

Add back in the -me papers now that they all work.

Make everything work with new bsd.doc.mk and without symlinks in the
source tree. Eliminate papers which require -me macros, 'cos they
currently don't work with groff.
