Remove $FreeBSD$: two-line .h pattern

Remove /^\s*\*\n \*\s+\$FreeBSD\$$\n/

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

Add exit_delay parameter to control daemon exit delay after signal.

Give natd multi-instance capabilities.

This makes it possible to do load-sharing on two xDSL lines etc.

the -stable and -current builds in the space of 1 day !

Upgrade (almost) to natd 2.0b1

- Transparent proxy support.
- PERMANENT_LINK IS NOW OBSOLETE, use redirect_port instead.
- Drop support for early FreeBSD 2.2 versions
- If separate input & output sockets are being used
use them to find out packet direction instead of
normal mechanism. This can be handy in complex environments
with multiple interfaces.
