Remove $FreeBSD$: one-line sh pattern

Remove /^\s*#[#!]?\s*\$FreeBSD\$.*$\n/

Create packages for atm, ccdconfig, devd, ipf, ipfw,
iscsi, natd, nandfs, pf, quotacheck, and routed.

Add ping6 and rtsol to the runtime package.

Convert sbin/ to LIBADD
Reduce overlinking

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

Switch the default WARNS level for sbin/ to 6.

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

Make this WARNS=6 clean by renaming the variable 'err' to 'error'
in order not to shadow err(3).

Tested by: make universe

Use GEOM OAM api to retrive list of configured ccd devices.

Link against libgeom.

Fix various details so we get to WARNS=3.
Center operation on unit number rather than path name.

Default to WARNS=2.
Binary builds that cannot handle this must explicitly set WARNS=0.
