Emply contemporary function prototypes in bootpd, rather than relying on locally defined K&R prototypes in .c files; use appropriate casts for pointer types now that types for arguments are available at compile time. This ensures that compilers with multiple incompatible calling conventions can select the correct calling convention for external functions. Sponsored by: DARPA, AFRL MFC after: 1 week

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!) avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long. Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been insane otherwise.

Fix up programs which expect <net/if.h> to include <sys/time.h> to instead do it themselves. (Some of these programs actually depended on this beyond compiling the definition of struct ifinfo!) Also fix up some other #include messes while we're at it.
