A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

mdoc: order prologue macros consistently by Dd/Dt/Os

Although groff_mdoc(7) gives another impression, this is the ordering
most widely used and also required by mdocml/mandoc.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

Since in_lt() and in_lts() are not static, assume that they are intended to
be part of the public API. Accordingly, add prototypes and document them.

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

Mechanically kill hard sentence breaks.

Add the "use -lutil" line to all functions that require it so people like
Dan Papsian <bugg@bugg.strangled.net> don't anger wpaul and myself with
silly linking errors.

Revert $FreeBSD$ to $Id$

Sort cross references.

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Library functions relating to the login class capabilities database,
including manpages.
