Remove $FreeBSD$: one-line sh pattern

Remove /^\s*#[#!]?\s*\$FreeBSD\$.*$\n/

Move all bluetooth related config files out of etc

This helps with pkgbase by switching to CONFS so they are properly tagged as
config files.
