rpcbind: get contact addr from xprt members

Addition to D31491 in order to actually resolve the top root cause.

Currently rpcbind gets contact address from connectionless xprt->xp_p2
member of a transport and will fail to get it when working over
connection oriented transport, leading to a guess game in terms of
contact address on rpcinfo requests like RPCBPROC_GETVERSADDR or
RPCBPROC_GETADDRLIST and poor returns which may influence a user
of a call and specifically reported on OSX clients, which tend to
not provide address hint from rpcinfo request to a server.

include: further adoption of SPDX licensing ID tags.

Mainly focus on files that use BSD 3-Clause license.

The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specification
to make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well known
opensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, noting
that the tags are considered only advisory and do not, in any way,
superceed or replace the license texts.

Special thanks to Wind River for providing access to "The Duke of
Highlander" tool: an older (2014) run over FreeBSD tree was useful as a
starting point.

Add sunrpc compat define for xp_sock.

SunRPC is using xp_sock in SVCXPRT, while TI-RPC is using
xp_fd. Add a compatibility define.

Illumos has something similar for the non-kernel case.

Replace Sun RPC license in TI-RPC library with a 3-clause BSD license,
with the explicit permission of Sun Microsystems in 2009.

Revert r240060: (Partial)

__BEGIN_DECLS and __END_DECLS in cdefs.h take care of the
__cplusplus mangling issues so most of the definitions
were redundant.

In the few places where they were not redundant we should
use BSD style instead of the guards used upstream.

Fix RPC headers for C++

C++ mangling will cause trouble with variables like __rpc_xdr
in xdr.h so rename this to XDR.
While here add proper C++ guards to RPC headers.

Change some headers such that lang/gcc* ports no longer patch them.

The lang/gcc* ports patch headers where they think something is
non-standard. These patched headers override the system headers which means
you have to rebuild these ports whenever you do installworld to make sure
they contain the latest changes.

Spelling fixes for include/

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

Add an implementation of the RPCSEC_GSS authentication protocol for RPC. This
is based on an old implementation from the University of Michigan with lots of
changes and fixes by me and the addition of a Solaris-compatible API.

Replace the old SCM_CREDS cred procedures. They can now be
replaced just fine with getpeereid() and the whole code
gets a lot simpler. We don't break the ABI, since all server
programms use __rpc_get_local_uid(), and we just change library
internals.

Add compatibility functions for the AF_LOCAL RPC transport stuff
that used to live in RPC 4.0. This is needed for yppasswd and
rpc.yppasswdd to work correctly. Patch supplied by Martin Blapp.

forgot prototyle for __rpc_get_local_uid()

Bring in a hybrid of SunSoft's transport-independent RPC (TI-RPC) and
associated changes that had to happen to make this possible as well as
bugs fixed along the way.

Bring in required TLI library routines to support this.

Since we don't support TLI we've essentially copied what NetBSD
has done, adding a thin layer to emulate direct the TLI calls
into BSD socket calls.

This is mostly from Sun's tirpc release that was made in 1994,
however some fixes were backported from the 1999 release (supposedly
only made available after this porting effort was underway).

The submitter has agreed to continue on and bring us up to the
1999 release.

Several key features are introduced with this update:
Client calls are thread safe. (1999 code has server side thread
safe)
Updated, a more modern interface.

Many userland updates were done to bring the code up to par with
the recent RPC API.

There is an update to the pthreads library, a function
pthread_main_np() was added to emulate a function of Sun's threads
library.

While we're at it, bring in NetBSD's lockd, it's been far too
long of a wait.

New rpcbind(8) replaces portmap(8) (supporting communication over
an authenticated Unix-domain socket, and by default only allowing
set and unset requests over that channel). It's much more secure
than the old portmapper.

Umount(8), mountd(8), mount_nfs(8), nfsd(8) have also been upgraded
to support TI-RPC and to support IPV6.

Umount(8) is also fixed to unmount pathnames longer than 80 chars,
which are currently truncated by the Kernel statfs structure.

Change #ifdef KERNEL to #ifdef _KERNEL in the public headers. "KERNEL"
is an application space macro and the applications are supposed to be free
to use it as they please (but cannot). This is consistant with the other
BSD's who made this change quite some time ago. More commits to come.

Don't declare functions without a prototype if KERNEL is defined. This
fixes lots of warnings about missing prototypes in sys/netatm/spans/*.

Added a forward struct declaration so that this file is less
self-insufficent.

Resolve conflicts.

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Missed prototype for svc_getreqset2()

First commit of a series of cleanups for the libc rpc code which has been
suffering a bad case neglect for the last few years.

- Add full prototypes, including to function pointers.
- Make the wire protocols 64-bit type safe, eg: 32 bit quantities are
int32_t, not long. The orginal rpc code was implemented when an int
could be 16 bits.

Obtained from: a diff of FreeBSD vs. OpenBSD/NetBSD rpc code.

Fix a bunch of spelling errors in the comment fields
of a bunch of system include files.

This commit was manufactured by cvs2svn to create branch 'WPAUL'.

Remove trailing whitespace.

Remove a couple of nested comments.

Use the header files that are compatible with the code just moved over
from 1.1.5.

Install RPC headers from include, like they always should have been.
