bin: Remove ancient SCCS tags.

Remove ancient SCCS tags from the tree, automated scripting, with two
minor fixup to keep things compiling. All the common forms in the tree
were removed with a perl script.

Add HAS_TESTS to all Makefiles that are currently using the
`SUBDIR.${MK_TESTS}+= tests` idiom.

This is a follow up to r321912.

Convert traditional ${MK_TESTS} conditional idiom for including test
directories to SUBDIR.${MK_TESTS} idiom

This is being done to pave the way for future work (and homogenity) in
^/projects/make-check-sandbox .

No functional change intended.

Reorganize the handling all-zeroes terminal block in sparse mode

The intent of the previous code in that case was to force
an explicit write, but the implementation was incorrect, and
as a result the write was never performed. This new implementation
instead uses ftruncate(2) to extend the file with a trailing hole.

Also introduce regression tests for these cases.

Note: tcsh(1) has a MK_TCSH=no test, so this should be a separate
package, which requires pre-install/post-install scripts, to be
added later.

bin/dd/tests

Check in first src/tests snapshot from NetBSD anoncvs

Sources were obtained like so:

'*CVS*' has been added to svn:ignore to ease updating periodically from
upstream

Some line ending issues had to be resolved with test outputs and scripts
via dos2unix and by deleting the eol-style property set in usr.bin/sort

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

Remove a.out at the end of 'make test'

Add a.out to CLEANFILES

Change locale name from non-existent ASCII to en_US.US-ASCII

Teach dd(1) about parity bits.

Add a test-target and reference vectors for the character converions.

Get this area compiling with the highest WARNS= that it works with.
Obsolete WFORMAT= junk also removed where possible.

WARNS=4 fixes. This would be WARNS=9 if we were -std=99 instead of
-ansi, due to 'long long'.

Lock down with WFORMAT=1 except those directories with unfixed warnings.
Tested on i386 and alpha.

Default to WARNS=2. Binary builds that cannot handle this must explicitly
set WARNS=0.

Do proper constification in args.c. This shuts up -Wcast-qual (thanks,
bfumerola for that pointer!) in GCC complaining about losing a const.

While I'm here, might as well mark in the Makefile that I'm the
${MAINTAINER}. It seems like that's what everyone's doing these days.

Oops, back out rev 1.5, it wasn't my intention to also commit the
-g. ;)

Use the correct value in the call to swab(3) with conv=swab. Previously,
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev=null obs=23520 conv=swab
coredumped.

Please somebody review it, i'm not 105 % sure i'm understanding all
this mess correctly.

Revert $FreeBSD$ to $Id$

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.
