Update manual with regarding to the status of calendars/calendar.judaic.

For calendars which don't match the solar-based Gregorian calendar,
be able to specify a year string in an entry.

Updated calendar.judaic from Josef Grosch. I converted some tabs to spaces
before committing this.

I only noticed when I went to check that it worked OK in RELENG_3.

Revert $FreeBSD$ to $Id$

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.
