Although groff_mdoc(7) gives another impression, this is the ordering most widely used and also required by mdocml/mandoc.

Introduce accmode_t. This is required for NFSv4 ACLs - it will be neccessary to add more V* constants, and the variables changed by this patch were often being assigned to mode_t variables, which is 16 bit.

o Introduce a man page for vaccess_acl_posix1e(), based on the existing vaccess(). This man page leaves something to be desired, as it doesn't currently document the POSIX.1e evaluation algorithm, which will in the future be incorporated, or cross-referenced.
