Revert r330897:

This was intended to be a non-functional change. It wasn't. The commit
message was thus wrong. In addition it broke arm, and merged crypto
related code.

Revert with prejudice.

This revert skips files touched in r316370 since that commit was since
MFCed. This revert also skips files that require $FreeBSD$ property
changes.

Thank you to those who helped me get out of this mess including but not
limited to gonzo, kevans, rgrimes.

Partial merge of the SPDX changes

These changes are incomplete but are making it difficult
to determine what other changes can/should be merged.

Copy head@r302406 to stable/11 as part of the 11.0-RELEASE cycle.
Prune svn:mergeinfo from the new branch, as nothing has been merged
here.

Add missing static keywords to tcopy(1)

Remove the advertising clause from UCB copyrighted files in usr.bin. This
is in accordance with the information provided at
ftp://ftp.cs.berkeley.edu/pub/4bsd/README.Impt.License.Change

Also add $FreeBSD$ to a few files to keep svn happy.

Make WARNS=6 safe, mainly by casting to intmax_t and printing with %ju
where needed. Also, fix bad indentation on lines already affected by the
above changes.

Tested with: make universe

1) Mark usage as dead2.
2) Deregister.
3) New style function definitions.

Some WARNS still remain here - some printf format warning on some
arches and the compiler can't see that a variable should always be
initialised.

Include <stdint.h> for definition of intmax_t and/or uintmax_t.

remove __P

Fix the time of an intmax_t calculation; it is unsigned. Also print
it with the correct formatting (%ju, not %lld). GCC's -Wformat does
not understand this, so turn on NO_WERROR.

WARNS=2 fixes. use __FBSDID().

Initialize msg in main()

Move _PATH_DEFTAPE to <paths.h> to remove all the duplication of definitons,
and remove leading `r'(aw) from it.

Clean up some ambiguous nested if/elses.

Tcopy uses 32 bit unsigned to accumulate a count of bytes read/written.
That doesn't work well for tapes over 4G.

I use tcopy a lot to write images of a tape to tape as tape to tape
copying is terribly slow. Slower than it should be. Quickly found out
tcopy can not rewind a file when doing copy/verify.

Use err(3). Correct usage string. Change default tape to /dev/rst0.

compare return value from getopt against -1 rather than EOF, per the final
posix standard on the topic.

Make the counters unsigned longs so that tapes don't contain negative
number of bytes.

which included commits to RCS files with non-trunk default branches.
