Remove single-space hard sentence breaks. These degrade the quality
of the typeset output, tend to make diffs harder to read and provide
bad examples for new-comers to mdoc.

This commit was generated by cvs2svn to compensate for changes in r54816,
which included commits to RCS files with non-trunk default branches.

Import NetBSD's mailwrapper to redirect /usr/sbin/sendmail to the user's
chosen mailer.
