Revert $FreeBSD$ to $Id$

# 21673 14-Jan-1997 jkh

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

# 15857 21-May-1996 wosch

New option -append: teach makewhatis to only add records, instead
of clobbering the entire database.

sort options in alphabetic order.

install manpage makewhatis.local.8

# 15755 12-May-1996 wosch

Bugfix: nested *?+ in regexp at /usr/bin/makewhatis line 286

Submitted by: invalid opcode <coredump@nervosa.com>

makewhatis.local - start makewhatis(1) only for file systems
physically mounted on the system
Running makewhatis from /etc/weekly for rw nfs-mounted /usr may kill
your NFS server -- all clients start makewhatis at the same time!
So use this wrapper instead calling makewhatis directly.
