Crank WARNS up to 6, just because we can.

style.Makefile(5):
Use WARNS?= instead of WARNS=.

Fixed style of DPADD and LDADD assignments as per style.Makefile(5).

Reduce the -I's as we don't need them all.

FreeBSDize the NetBSD Makefile so that this compiles.

This commit was generated by cvs2svn to compensate for changes in r78344,
which included commits to RCS files with non-trunk default branches.

Import the NetBSD 1.5 RC system.

Note that `rc' and `rc.shutdown' could not be imported because we already
