- Update __FreeBSD_version [1]
- Set branch name to -RC1

[1] 10.0-CURRENT __FreeBSD_version value ended at '55', so
start releng/10.0 at '100' so the branch is started with
a value ending in zero.

The newhook method can be called in ISR context at
certain circumstances, so better use M_NOWAIT in it.

Mark MALLOC_DEFINEs static that have no corresponding MALLOC_DECLAREs.

This means that their use is restricted to a single C file.

Retire the MALLOC and FREE macros. They are an abomination unto style(9).
