- Update __FreeBSD_version [1]
- Set branch name to -RC1

[1] 10.0-CURRENT __FreeBSD_version value ended at '55', so
start releng/10.0 at '100' so the branch is started with
a value ending in zero.

Fix header pollution, possibly unbreaking the build of cfi_bus_ixp4xx.c
as part of cfi.ko.

No need to remove the same flag multiple times.

map device 5; the optional USB controller on Gateworks 2348 boards
shows up here instead of the minipci slot at J4
