- Set branch name to -RC1

[1] 10.0-CURRENT __FreeBSD_version value ended at '55', so
start releng/10.0 at '100' so the branch is started with
a value ending in zero.

Markup fixes.

Remove reference to mount_linprocfs, which is no longer used by mount(8).
Add an example using "mount -t linprocfs".

Sort sections.

Remove a hard-sentence break and a duplicated sentence. Capitalize
a displayed list uniformly and fix up some grammar while I'm here.

Uniformly refer to a file system as "file system".

Removed whitespace at end-of-line; no content changes. I simply did
cd src/share; find man[1-9] -type f|xargs perl -pi -e 's/[ \t]+$//'

BTW, what editors are the culprits? I'm using vim and it shows
me whitespace at EOL in troff files with a thick blue block...
