- Copy stable/10 (r259064) to releng/10.0 as part of the 10.0-RELEASE cycle. - Update __FreeBSD_version [1] - Set branch name to -RC1
[1] 10.0-CURRENT __FreeBSD_version value ended at '55', so start releng/10.0 at '100' so the branch is started with a value ending in zero.

- Make the naming of AMCC's 3ware cards consistent with the current naming from AMCC. - Update the list of devices supported by the drivers.
All of the above is based on information from AMCC via vkashyap.

Add a HARDWARE section which lists supported devices. The actual device listings has been moved (and in some cases more or less rewritten) from the DESCRIPTION section.
This will be used later for automatically generating device listings in the Hardware Notes, by parsing the manual pages.

Removed whitespace at end-of-line; no content changes. I simply did cd src/share; find man[1-9] -type f|xargs perl -pi -e 's/[ \t]+$//'
BTW, what editors are the culprits? I'm using vim and it shows me whitespace at EOL in troff files with a thick blue block...

Use sub-sections (Ss) to categorize diagnostics and rationalize diagnostic lists (Bl -diag) so that there is one per section.
Since this change creates a large delta, enforce line-breaking style while I'm here.
