[1] 10.0-CURRENT __FreeBSD_version value ended at '55', so
start releng/10.0 at '100' so the branch is started with
a value ending in zero.

Kernel modules for these drivers are installed on all platforms, so
install the man pages on all platforms too.

viapm is the driver for VIA SMBus controllers

Add 'device smb' to the synopsis, as this is required to do anything
useful with these devices.

Removed whitespace at end-of-line; no content changes. I simply did
cd src/share; find man[1-9] -type f|xargs perl -pi -e 's/[ \t]+$//'

BTW, what editors are the culprits? I'm using vim and it shows
me whitespace at EOL in troff files with a thick blue block...
