Remove superfluous paragraph macro.

* Deprecate `elf_getshnum()`, `elf_getphnum()` and `elf_getshstrndx()` in
favour of `elf_getshdrnum()`, `elf_getphdrnum()` and `elf_getshdrstrndx()`
respectively.
* Add new manual pages for `elf_getshdrstrndx()`, `elf_getphdrnum()` and
`elf_getshdrnum()`.
