a value ending in zero.

Set magic fbsd:nokeywords property that allows files to bypass
keyword expansion. (file-specific replacement for CVSROOT/exclude)

Add the installation of /var/crash/minfree with a value of 2048 so that
savecore will not FILL the /var partition.
