[1] 10.0-CURRENT __FreeBSD_version value ended at '55', so
start releng/10.0 at '100' so the branch is started with
a value ending in zero.

This contains many improvements, primarily better C++ support, an
integrated assembler for x86 and support for -pg.

Import LLVM/clang from vendor stripped of docs/ test/ website/ www/ examples/
in llvm/ and/or llvm/contrib/clang/ respectively.
