Let the linker pick the right output format automatically

- Move .text and all sections up to .bss inclusive to the beginning of
the script. Trampoline kernel builder assumes that .text goes right
after headers and places startup function first in .text segment.

merged juniper and mips2 code base. This represents the work of
Juniper Engineers, plus Oleksandr Tymoshenko, Wojciech Koszek, Warner
Losh, Olivier Houchard, Randall Stewert and others that have
contributed to the mips2 and/or mips2-jnpr perforce branches.
