Sort SUBDIR.

The Berkeley pascal implementation for the VAX 11/780 has only
historical relevance these days, stow it in the attic instead of
on millions of FreeBSD computers.

Remove the NQNFS paper.

We removed the corresponding code long time ago and the historically
interested can find this paper in the cvs repo, there is no point
in installing it any more.

Bring a working snapshot of hwpmc(4), its associated libraries, userland utilities
and documentation into -CURRENT.

Normalize.

String the timecounter paper into the build.

The DEVFS paper presented at BSDcon-euro 2001 and BSDcon-2002.

Remove the MFS paper.

Add the bufbio paper to the build.

Various plans to move all these to the doc tree exist pending time and
somebody to docbook them.

Put the jail paper in the makefile.

$Id$ -> $FreeBSD$

Revert $FreeBSD$ back to $Id$

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

add ``contents'' to SUBDIR

A little paper about phkmalloc.

Add back in the -me papers now that they all work.

Make all these format under the new scheme. I haven't had a chance to
test the -me stuff, so it's still disabled for now.
